  • What if I’m sending a gift?
    Sending direct as a gift? No problem. Just put the name and address of your gift-ee at shipping and yours for billing. We never include printed order notes so your recipient will not get any pricing information.
  • When will my order ship?
    Here’s how it works: you order, we process, we make your bracelet, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing and making takes 2 to 3 business days (orders placed after 1pm GMT are processed the next business day). Then the shipping service takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
  • Do you accept returns?
    Despite thorough road testing, every bracelet is handmade so there might occasionally be one that does not meet our high quality control. If this happens, please message us through the contact form with details of your order (and a picture if possible!) and we will fix this as soon as we possibly can.
  • Tell me more about your charity donations
    GOODBEADS operates a non-profit model. This means that the price you pay covers the costs of the materials and running of the website, everything else goes to PANDAS, to help them support parents struggling with mental illness. £4 from every bracelet is donated to PANDAS. Watch out on our Instagram for announcements on the total money donated each quarter.
