We offer two shipping speeds:

Standard (3-5 business days): £2

Expedited (1-2 business days): £4

We ship to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, we make your bracelet, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing and making takes 2 to 3 business days (orders placed after 1pm GMT are processed the next business day). Then the shipping service takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email as soon as your package ships. Your GOODBEADS are on their way!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Despite thorough road testing, every bracelet is handmade so there might occasionally be one that does not meet our high quality control. If this happens, please message us through the contact form with details of your order (and a picture if possible!) and we will fix this as soon as we possibly can.
